LUV iz… Feeling accomplished Everyday_

1. Visited my new dentist for a thorough cleaning.. (Haven’t had one for 2 years!!). (P) (M)

2. Completed another 20min kettlebell workout in the garage (P) (M)

3. Ate a rather nutritious dinner: rotini pasta salad (with tuna) and chicken (P)

4. Brought LUNCH again and made breakfast @ home to save a few $$$ everyweek (F) (P)

5. Listened to my self recorded affirmations @ work (M) (S)

6. Attended coworker’s BBQ and had a wonderful time with his family (shoutout to Zachary!)_ (R)


There are only two options regarding commitment; you’re either in or you’re out.  There’s no such thing as life in-between.
